South Coast Schools 'After School Surfing' Program
The South Coast Schools 'After School Surfing' programs run for 6 weeks during terms 1 and 4. Students from Victor Harbor R-7, Pt Elliot and Goolwa Primary Schools will learn not only surfboard riding skills but also aspects of surf safety, equipment and environment. The program culminates in an inter-school surf competition in term 1, (dates to be announced), involving individual and tag team events and in term 4 students will strive for "Spirit of Surfing' awards.
